Little Tykes Preschool Ministry

Welcome to Smyrna Baptist Church and the Little Tykes ministry!

There are  many opportunities for spiritual development available for your child here at Smyrna Baptist Church. We are dedicated to offering the best possible environment, leadership and Bible teaching for preschool (bed babies through kindergarten) children. Our goal is that every experience a child has here at Smyrna will move him/her toward spiritual, mental, and physical maturity. We view our work with children as a ministry to the child and also to the family.

PLEASE READ:
The Little Tykes department has a computerized self check-in system for parents. This system provides you with a more safe and secure environment for your children and is easy to use.  FIrst time visitors will need to complete a short form and place it in the appropriate container.  During the week, we will add your informtaion to the system so that on your return visit, you will be able to check in your child electronically as well.

Our Sunday School program (9:45 a.m.) is divided by age and development within the preschool area. Class sizes are kept small, for security as well as for better teacher/child relationships. The Preschool divisions are as follows:

                         Bed Babies & Crawlers               Toddler 2               Toddler 3 & 4                  Pre-K & K
